Watch the JWST Master Class Plenary Webcast

Next week (November 18-22), the Space Telescope Science Institute will be welcoming the participants selected to attend the inaugural JWST Master Class. The Master Class participants will take part in a comprehensive program designed to assist them in delivering JWST proposal-planning workshops back to their local communities.

The program includes in-depth presentations on user documentation, the Exposure Time Calculator, the Astronomer’s Proposal Tool, among other topics. These plenary presentations on Monday, November 18 will be streamed live on the STScI webcast site. The schedule for the plenary sessions is provided on the Master Class event page

After the completion of the Master Class, STScI will make the full set of Master Class materials available as a “Workshop in a Box” available to all. You may use these materials for self-teaching or running your own local proposal planning sessions. The availability of these materials will be announced separately.
