		Handbook is complete.

		In subdirectory, ascii_tables, are posted the ascii tables
		used in Figures 1.2.1, 1.2.2, and 1.2.3.  Figure 1.2.1
		tables are: h13b_costar_eff.tab, h19a_costar_eff.tab,
		l15a_costar_eff.tab (where "h13b" is G130H Blue, "h19a"
		is G190H Amber, and "l15a" is G160L Amber).  Figure 1.2.2
		tables are: a1_eff.dat, b2_eff.dat,etc (where "a1" is the
		4.3 aperture, "b2" is the 0.3 aperture, etc -see Table
		1.1.2 for the Header Designation).  Figure 1.2.3 tables
		are: ah27_counts.dat, bl15_counts.dat, etc (where "ah27"
		is Amber G270H, "bl15" is Blue G160L).
 


		The handbook is in ascii and postscript format.
