1.0 ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

   1.1 Completed Two Sets of WF/PC-2 5764 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Calibration:
       Internal Flats - Repeat) 

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make internal flat calibration images using
       the VIS lamp and internal sources. The observations were executed as
       scheduled, and no anomalies were noted. 

   1.2 Completed Three Sets of WF/PC-2 5446 (The Nuclei of Nearby S0 and 
       Spiral Galaxies: A PC Snapshot Imaging)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of the core region of 
       galaxies NGC-1533, NGC-3627 and NGC-3628 to provide statistics on
       the nuclear cusps, stellar condensations, and inner stellar disks
       and dust lanes. The observations were executed as scheduled, and no
       anomalies were noted. 

   1.3 Completed FOS/BL/RD 5379 (Probing the Lyman-Alpha Forest at 0.5 <Z< 
       1.6 Using Flaring Quasars)

       The Faint Object Spectrograph (Red and Blue Side) was used to make
       observations of galaxy NGC-3351 to study the Lyman-Alpha forest at
       high redshifts. The observations were completed as planned, and no
       anomalies were reported. 

   1.4 Completed FOS/BL 5658 (White Dwarf Calibration)

       The Faint Object Spectrograph (Blue Side) was used to make absolute
       sensitivity calibrations of the detectors using standard white dwarf
       star HZ43. The observations were executed as planned, and no
       anomalies were noted. 

   1.5 Completed WF/PC-2 5369 (HST Medium-Deep Survey: Cycle 4 Medium, High
       Galactic  Latitude) 

       The WF/PC-2 made a series of observations of high latitude objects
       as part of a medium deep sky survey. The observations were taken in
       parallel with other prime science observations. The observations
       were completed as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted. 

   1.6 Completed WF/PC-2 5387 (Constraints on the Bow Shock From a High 
       Velocity Neutron Star)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of the high velocity 
       neutron star NEB-222552 (located in the Guitar Nebula) to study its
       bow shock. Images of features in this bow shock are near the limit
       of resolution of the instrument. The observations were executed as
       scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.
