1.0 ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

   1.1 Completed Two Sets of WF/PC-2 5479 (Subarcsecond Structure in Nearby
AGNs)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make snapshot observations of the nearby
active galactic nuclei of IR1443+272, Mark352 and Mark1 to study the
interactions between the central  engine, the stars, and the interstellar
matter in these AGNs. The observations were executed as scheduled, and no
anomalies were noted. 

   1.2 Completed WF/PC-2 5408 (Star Cluster and CNO Abundance in Blue Compact
Galaxies With Extreme)

       The Faint Object Spectrograph (Red side) was used to make observations
of the star formation regions within the low metallicity blue compact galaxy
SBS0125-06 to be used to determine the size, color, and luminosity of
imbedded star clusters. The observations were executed as scheduled, and no
anomalies  were noted.

   1.3 Completed WF/PC-2 5369 (HST Medium-Deep Survey: Cycle 4 Medium, High
Galactic  Latitude) 

       The WF/PC-2 made a series of observations of high latitude objects as
part of a medium deep sky survey. The observations were taken in parallel
with other prime science observations. The observations were completed as
scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.

   1.4 Completed FOS/RD 5683 (Gravitationally Lensed QSOs Augmentation: Cycle
4 Carry-over)

       The Faint Object Spectrograph (Red Side) was used to make
spectrographic observations of the gravitationally lensed QSO 0957+561 (Parts
A and B). The investigation will determine whether the emission line spectra
of the components are identical. The observations were executed as scheduled,
and no anomalies were noted. 

   1.5 Completed WF/PC-2 5777 (SINS: The Supernova Intensity Study)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of the supernova SN-1994J to
study the development of the supernova and its circumstellar matter. The
observations were completed as planned, and no anomalies were reported.
