1.0 ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

   1.1 Completed WF/PC-2 5563 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Photometric Calibration
Monitor 1: UV /OPT STD.)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make photometric calibration images of
ultraviolet standard star GRW+70D582 and monitor the photometric stability
and quantum efficiency of the WF/PC-2. A wavelength calibration image was
also taken. The observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies
were noted. 

   1.2 Completed WF/PC-2 5560 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Calibration: Internal Monitor.
1) 

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make several internal bias, K-Spot, and flat
calibration observations to monitor the CCD camera electronics, the optical
alignment, and to check for contamination. The observations were completed as
planned, and no anomalies were noted. 

   1.3 Completed WF/PC-2 5629 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Photometric Calibration
Monitor 1C: 4-Chip STD in F170W)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make photometric calibration observations of
the ultraviolet standard star GRW+70D582. The observations were executed as
scheduled, and no anomalies were noted. 

   1.4 Completed Two Sets of WF/PC-2 5655 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Calibration:
Internal Monitor. 2: Flats Part 2)

        The WF/PC-2 was used to make two visual flat calibration
observations. The observations were completed as planned, and no problems
were reported. 

   1.5 Completed Three Sets of WF/PC-2 5562 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Calibration:
Internal Monitor 3: Darks)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to obtain several 30-minute long, dark exposures
to provide ongoing calibration of the CCD dark current and to monitor and
characterize the evolution of hot pixels. The observations were executed as
scheduled, and no anomalies were noted. 

   1.6 Completed WF/PC-2 5512 (Cores of Early Type Galaxies: Part II)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of the nucleus of early type
galaxy NGC-4594-NU The observations were executed as scheduled, and no
anomalies were noted.

   1.7 Completed WF/PC-2 5369 (HST Medium-Deep Survey: Cycle 4 Medium, High
Galactic  Latitude) 

       The WF/PC-2 made a series of observations of high latitude objects as
part of a medium deep sky survey. The observations were taken in parallel
with other prime science observations. The observations were completed as
scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.

   1.8 Completed WF/PC-2 5574 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4: Polarization Proposal)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of BD+64D106 to obtain both
polarized and unpolarized images of the target to calibrate the instrument.
Visual flat observations was also taken. The observations were completed as
planned, and no anomalies were reported.

   1.9 Completed WF/PC-2  5476 (Continuum Snapshots of 3CR Radio Galaxies) 

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make snapshot images of radio galaxy 3C33.2 as
part of a continuum survey and to study the galaxy's morphology. The
observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.

   1.10 Completed WF/PC-2 5450 (Host Galaxies and Cluster Environments of
Quasars)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of Quasar    Q1243+1701 to
study the properties of its host galaxy and surrounding environment. The
observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.
