The observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted. 1.2 Completed GHRS/2 6288 (Eclipse Mapping of the Chromospheric and Transition Structure) The High Resolution Spectrograph (Side Two) was used to make observations of star HD50337 (aka, HR2554) during the eclipse of its A1 dwarf secondary by the G6 II primary star. The observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted. 1.3 Completed FOS/RD 5684 (Geometry and Generalizability of the Reflected Light Model for Seyfert Galaxies) The Faint Object Spectrograph (Red Side) was used to make polarization observations near the nucleus of Seyfert galaxy MARK34 to test the theory the Seyfert galaxies actually have Seyfert Type I cores, obscured by surrounding matter. The observations were completed as scheduled, and no problems were reported. 1.4 Completed WF/PC-2 6251 (Medium Deep Survey - Crafting Test) The WF/PC-2 was used in this continuation of the medium deep survey. The proposal is targeting rare objects (lenses, peculiar galaxies, faint stars) and sources related to the faint blue galaxy problem. This observation was completed with no reported problems. 1.5 Completed WF/PC-2 5778 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Lyman Alpha Throughput Verification Test) The WF/PC-2 was used to make ultraviolet observations of standard star BD+75D325 through filter F122M as part of a Lyman Alpha throughput verification test. The observations were completed as scheduled, and no anomalies were reported. 1.6 Completed WF/PC-2 5985 (WF/PC-2 B-Band + Lyman Alpha Imaging of a Cluster of Young Galaxies at Z = 2.0) The WF/PC-2 was used to make B-Band and Lyman Alpha observations (i.e., two color images) of the young dwarf spheroidal galaxy 53W002 located in Draco and which has a redshift of around 2.0. The observations were executed as planned, and no problems were reported 1.7 Completed WF/PC-2 6143 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Photometric Calibration: Smaller Set, Part II) The WF/PC-2 was used to make single CCD calibration observations of standard star GRW+70D582 to monitor the photometric stability and quantum efficiency of the PC1 and WF3. The observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were reported. 2.0 FLIGHT OPERATIONS SUMMARY: 2.1 Guide Star Acquisitions: Scheduled Acquisitions : 5 Successful : 5 Scheduled Reacquisitions : 9 Successful : 9 2.2 FHST Updates: Scheduled : 21 Successful : 21 2.3 Significant HSTARs: None 2.4 Operations Notes: There were no reported operational problems. 3.0 SIGNIFICANT FORTHCOMING EVENTS: Nothing at this time. /DMH -END-
