1.0 ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

   1.1 Completed Six Sets of WF/PC-2 6188 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 5 Calibration: Dark)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make internal dark calibration images.  The
observations were completed as scheduled, and no problems were reported.

   1.2 Completed WF/PC-2 6119 (Snapshot Survey for Companions of Planetary
Nebula Nuclei)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make snapshot survey observations of planetary
nebula IC4593 to study its nucleus and to look for possible companions.  The
observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.

   1.3 Completed WF/PC-2 6182 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 5: Photometric Transformation)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of standard field object
Omega Cen (aka, NGC-5139) to check the photometric calibration and stability
of the WF/PC-2.  Numerous filters were used.  The observations were executed
as scheduled, and no anomalies were noted.

   1.4 Completed FOS/RD 6167 (FOS Cycle 5: Dark Monitoring)

       The Faint Object Spectrograph (Red Side) was used to make several dark
calibration images.  All exposures were internals.  All spectra was done in
the image mode.  The observations were completed as planned, and no problems
were reported.

     1.5 Completed WF/PC-2 5913 (Low Mass Binaries and the Luminosity
Function. )

        The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations of the low mass binary star
system SGP014 (a late-type M class dwarf) to study the  local stellar
luminosity function.   The observations were executed as scheduled, and no
anomalies were noted.

   1.6 Completed WF/PC-2 5932 (Morphologies of High Redshift Radio Galaxies)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations the high redshift galaxy
GAL-2106-2 (at distance Z>2) in order to study its morphology, especially the
fine detail in clumping.  The images were obtained in the continuum and
Lyman-Alpha.  The observations were executed as planned, and no anomalies
were noted.

   1.7 Completed WF/PC-2 6189 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 5 Calibration: Internal Monitor
- Vis Flats)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make internal visual flat calibration images. 
Both photometric and narrow-band filters were used.  The observations were
executed as planned, and no problems were reported.

   1.8 Completed WF/PC-2 5996 (The Morphology of Field Galaxies at High
Redshifts)

       The WF/PC-2 was used to make observations  of several field galaxies
(Field-0431) in order to study their morphologies.  The observations were
completed as planned, and no anomalies were reported.
