   2.3 Operations Notes: 

       Analysis of the inertial hold safemode entry continues.

       The HST continues to operate using health and safety loads.  The =
normal science load generated for day 199 failed load checks.  A day 200 =
science SMS is currently in processing, but the SOGS cluster is not =
operative.  If the loads can be built and checked before the uplink times =
late this afternoon, normal science operations can begin at 200/0000Z.
