Real-time operations moved to SAMS due to the JIS#6 simulation.

The return to normal HST science observations is expected at Wednesday, =
Nov 06, 1996, 311/1923Z.

The JIS#6 Simulation (EVA #3) will start today at 10AM EST and run =
through 830 PM EST.
