1.0 OBSERVATIONS SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

Since HST remains in Zero Gyro Sun Point (ZGSP), no science observations 
were performed.

2.0 FLIGHT OPERATIONS SUMMARY:

    2.1 Guide Star Acquisitions:

                                         No activity

    2.2 FHST Updates:

                                         No activity

    2.3 Operations Notes:

        The HST is in Zero Gyro Sun Point (ZGSP).

        Operations personnel continue to dump engineering data to the 
ground via the Deep Space Network sites.

        The NSSC-1 was recovered to the normal state at 326/1738Z.

        NICMOS was recovered at 326/1936Z.

        The safing limit (SSIPTBE) was reset to "Disable" at 326/0915.

3.0 SIGNIFICANT FORTHCOMING EVENTS:

        Servicing Mission 3A, currently scheduled for December 6, 1999.
