1.0 OBSERVATIONS SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

Since HST remains in Zero Gyro Sun Point (ZGSP), no science observations 
were performed.

2.0 FLIGHT OPERATIONS SUMMARY:

    2.1 Guide Star Acquisitions:

                                         No activity

    2.2 FHST Updates:

                                         No activity

    2.3 Operations Notes:

        The HST continues in ZGSP.

        Using Operations Note #661, the time-based recharge ratio 
charge/discharge buffer was reset at 341/1246Z.

        The WF/PC-2 was configured for SM3A at 341/1449Z per an operations 
request.  At 341/1500Z, new WF/PC-2 operational limits were instituted per 
Operations Note #685.

        Per HSTAR 7397, SSR mnemonics (DSDFSUB, DSDOWFL1, DSDUEDC1, 
DSDCHCKE, DSDEECKF, DSDSWRST, AND DSDCEDC1) went out-of-limits.

3.0 SIGNIFICANT FORTHCOMING EVENTS:

        Servicing Mission 3A, currently scheduled for December 11, 1999.
