Since HST remains in Zero Gyro Sun Point (ZGSP), no science observations 
were performed.

    2.2 FHST Updates:

                                         No activity

    2.3 Operations Notes:

        The HST continues in ZGSP.

        Per Operations Note #661, the time-based recharge ratio 
charge/recharge buffer was reset at 343/1618Z.

3.0 SIGNIFICANT FORTHCOMING EVENTS:

        Yesterday, JSC set a new Servicing Mission 3A (SM3A) launch 
date.  SM3A is now currently scheduled for December 16, 1999.
