Using Operations Note #661, the time-based recharge ratio charge/discharge buffers were reset at 348/1436Z. The GCMR/ODM capability was transferred to CCS "G" string at 348/2135Z in preparation for SM3A. As described in HSTAR 7404, the primary mirror figure control actuator position 20 (EACP20PM) flagged out-of-limits low at a value of -10/08 pounds for one seven-and-one-half second telemetry sample. 3.0 SIGNIFICANT FORTHCOMING EVENTS: Servicing Mission 3A, currently scheduled for December 16, 1999.
