Q: Does a Treasury Program require a complete target list or is an example sufficient?
A: A Treasury Program requires a full complete target list to be submitted in the Observation Summary Form. We realize that some OSF's will now be many pages long, however any pages over the 1st DO NOT COUNT against the page limits. We require the target list so that duplication checking can be done against other approved GO programs. Whereas a Snapshot program can supply an example of their target list. The reason for this is that Snapshot targets will be lost against GO target duplications.
Q: Whom do I contact for help with proposal preparation?
