The file aastex.perl is a latex2html "style file" for AASTeX version
4.0, tested for version 95.1 (Fri Jan 20 1995) of latex2html.  Copy to
the location of your other latex2html style files ($LATEX2HTMLDIR/styles>
and link to aasms.perl and to aaspp.perl.
