New in the Last 45 Days

October 28,2009: Updated ETCs

The Exposure Time Calculators (ETCs) have been updated to include the latest throughput information available from SMOV. In some cases, these updates can lead to different exposure time estimates than those provided by earlier versions of the ETCs, so observers are encouraged to use the latest ETCs (v18.0) when preparing their MCTP proposals.
09 September, 2009 ACS+WFPC2 STAN. Sept 09: An STScI Analysis Newsletter (STAN) for ACS and WFPC2 has been released to coincide with the publication of the Early Release Observations. This STAN covers (1) ACS/WFC repair and recovery, (2) initial delivery of WFC reference files, (3) WFC bias and flat field structure, (4) ACS/SBC performance, (5) WFPC2 closeout and data archive, and (6) pointers to recent ISRs, publications, and press releases.
