"Analysis of FOC Images Taken with One FGS & Gyros"

Abstract excerpted from the report:

The decision to switch off FGS2 following its anomalous behavior has
impacted several proposals. We have undertaken an analysis of images
which were taken using one FGS with the gyros controlling the roll. The
amount of roll determined from one set of images cresults to be 0.76
pixels for a 30 minute exposure with FGS1 or about 2.99 mas/sec.
