"The Results of the f/96 Pre-COSTAR DQE Program"

Abstract excerpted from the report:

Analysis of the Cycle 3 DQE program for f/96 indicates that the f/96 
relay has lost about 5% of its sensitivity over two years. Otherwise,
no evidence is seen for any change in the shape of the DQE curve.
The measurement of format dependent sensitivity effects is consistent
with past measurements.
