FOC Instrument Science Report # 80 "FOC Aperture Location in Cycle 3 and SMOV" by W. Hack and A. Nota Abstract excerpted from the report: In this report we describe the observation strategy adopted for FOC aperture location in Cycle 3 and SMOV. We discuss the observations and the images obtained. We describe the data reduction techniques and the results obtained in Cycle 3, in SMOV (before and after COSTAR DOB deployment), and in Cycle 4. We compare our results to the conclusion of the Heptathlon test, and document all the errors in the numbers and in the procedures we found along the way. Finally, we provide a summary of our current FOC aperture alignment situation and relative accuracies.
