Table 2 lists the targets, their V magnitudes, B-V color indices, and
references where appropriate for all targets for which reference
Transfer Functions are available.

In the reduction of their data, observers should use that reference Transfer
Function (see Table 3) which is closest in time to their observed data, using
the same filter on a target of similar color index (see Table 2 above) and
close in the field of view to their obsevation.
In Table 3, the root name of the reference Transfer Function is given in
column 1. The acutal reference files have names of the form ROOTx.poly and
ROOTy.poly.
Columns 2 and 3 give the date the reference data was observed. The secondary
mirror was moved on day 352 of 1993 in conjunction with the Servicing Mission.
Consequently, data taken before day 352 of 1993 should NOT use reference data
after that date. Similarly, data taken after day 352 of 1993 should use NO
reference data taken before that date.
Column 4 lists the filter used for each reference Transfer Function (see
Table 1).
Columns 5 and 6 of Table 3 list the approximate position in the field of view
of FGS #3 of the reference Transfer Function. Please note that the center of
the field of view is (0, 726).
Columns 7 and 8 give the average number of counts per 25 msec for the X and Y
axes respectively.
Column 9 gives the program ID # under which the data were obtained.
Column 10 lists the target for each reference Transfer Function (see Table 2).
