How to run fitsverify in TUFNEL or SMALLS:
Put this in your .envrc file and loggin in a fresh window: Package: GCC322
You could be missing the definition of some libraries in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and this entry in the package set-up should fix it. -
Where I can find the CDBS tools in SMALLS?
Those are in /store/smalls/cdbs/tools/bin. Put this in your UNIX PATH variable. -
Why I cannot find all the refernce files in TUFNEL and SMALLS?
SMALLS is the test environment for the pipeline software. As such if a file is updated, the old file is replaced by the updated file. SMALLS keeps a copy of its own reference files. TUFNEL is the development environment for the pipeline and other operation tools. It mounts reference files from centralized storage disks and can be found in the directories:
For STIS: /grp/hst/cdbs/oref
For COS: /grp/hst/cdbs/lref
TUFNEL DOES NOT keep a local copy of the reference files. -
Where I can find the reference files in SMALLS and TUFNEL?
As mentioned above, SMALLS store the most recent files locally while TUFNEL mounts reference files from the centralized storage. The reference files used by SMALLS can be found in:
For STIS: /store/smalls/ref/stis
For COS: /store/smalls/ref/cos
The reference files used by TUFNEL can be found on the centralized server in:
For STIS: /grp/hst/cdbs/oref
For COS: /grp/hst/cdbs/lref
