TIR CDBS 2009-01: Assessment and Delivery of Reference Files
This TIR defines the standard procedures for the delivery of calibration pipeline reference and SYNPHOT data files. It clearly establishes the instrument and OTA teams’ responsibilities and provides guidelines for testing and verification of reference files. This is a revision to TIR 2008-01. In this revision, we update information to account for changes in the testing procedures for SYNPHOT files and add in how to test the files in pysynphot.

TIR CDBS 2009-02: Delivery of Reference Files to the Data Management Systems
This TIR describes the INS/CDBS Team's responsibilities. It defines the standard procedures for the delivery of calibration pipeline and SYNPHOT reference files to the Data Management Systems (DMS). It provides guidelines for test and validation of reference files by the INS/CDBS Team. This is an update to TIR CDBS 2008-02. It updates procedures added over the past year and explains how to test and deliver SYNPHOT/pysynphot files.

It provides guidelines for test and validation of reference files by the INS/CDBS Team. This is an update to TIR CDBS 2005-02A. It clarifies procedures to deliver al l type of SYNPHOT files, including Atlases and bandpasses.

It clarifies procedures and describes new tools developed to facilitate the delivery process and better test the reference files.
