Hotel Reservations

To facilitate your lodging accommodations for the Review Meeting in May, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Inn at the Colonnade, 4 West University Parkway, Baltimore Maryland 21218, and a list of names of those serving on the panels has been sent to the reservations department. If you have not received your confirmation number, please contact Sherita Hanna via email at hanna@stsci.edu or at 410-338-5079.

Upon check-in, you will be requested to give your credit card information. The hotel reservations for all Panel/TAC meeting participants, except the designated ESA nominees from ESA member countries, will be billed directly to STScI. Thus, although all participants will be asked to present a credit card upon check-in to the hotel, only ESA nominees will be required to assume the responsibility for room charges upon checkout.

We are requesting everyone to arrive at the Colonnade by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2013. We will be holding registration and welcome packet distribution beginning at 3:00 p.m. There will be a dinner, following the registration and packet pickup. The dinner will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday evening, May 13th. Following the dinner; panel members will assemble in the auditorium, at 7:00 p.m. for the opening session. Normally, the opening session will begin on Monday morning, however, this year, the opening session will be held on Monday evening, May 13th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. On Tuesday, May 14th, the Panels will report to their room assignments at Space Telescope to begin their panel discussions.
