To download your proposals, please log onto our Web-based Reviewer
system at: https://tac.stsci.edu/tacreview with
your email address as your userid and the password that was emailed to you. As soon as you log in,
you will be asked to change your password. If you have any problems or questions
about this system, please contact Brett Blacker,
blacker@stsci.edu; 410-338-1281. If you are unable to download the package for
any reason, please contact Brett and we will send you a CD.
