We plan to host the next HST Calibration Workshop at STScI on Oct 26-28, 2005. The goal of the workshop is to foster the sharing of information and techniques between observers, instrument and software developers, and instrument support teams. The program will include oral presentations and posters; splinter sessions will probably also be included.

We invite the HST spectrographs community (STIS, GHRS, FOS) to provide suggestions for topics to present at the calibration workshop. If you have developed a specific calibration technique, have suggestions for improving the scientific return of HST data, or would like to discuss the challenges of pushing HST spectrographs to the limit, please send an email message to cal05@stsci.edu. Suggestions received by 2005-May-13 will be considered for oral presentations.
