A Multidrizzle mini-course was offered on Tuesday, 20 July 2010.
This hands-on course covered:
- -Installing drizzle software
- -Overview of multidrizzling
- -A drizzle tutorial
- -Nuts and bolts drizzling
- -Working with your datasets

- Yellow Finn potato gnocchi with beet- merlot reduction
and roasted beets and walnuts (Vegetarian)
Dessert: Meringue with peaches, cassis and cream
