NASA as an agency is no longer permitted to use appropriated funds for food. Since the registration fee for this conference pays for food, NASA employees will not be reimbursed by the agency for the conference registration fee. Other Government employees should check with their sponsoring agencies for guidance on applicable reimbursement regulations or restrictions.
