• This document was created with the desktop publishing software FrameMaker which can be inflexible for those not printing on US Letter paper (this paper choice is hard-wired into each document and gives printing errors if you use a different size, like A4.) Many thanks go to Terry Arter for providing a fix for this.



• Most of the figures included in this book are of very high quality. To get the best reproduction possible we suggest printing on a high resolution printer; 600 dpi or higher if you have it available. The sections for the two cameras, WFPC and FOC, particularly benefit from this as they have many greyscale figures. Quality will still be high at lower res but if you can print at high you may well exceed the quality of the published book.



• In the article "WFPC Observed PSF Library" the 36-page Table 4 has been omitted from the postscript version here due to its size. In the published version of this paper the table was printed with four pages on a side, a feature that we weren't able to reproduce on-line. Click here for access to that table.
