IAU Symposium 258 Registration Fees

Registration will open in February. The fees for IAU Symposium 258 are as follows:

Early Registration Fee	before July 15	$300.00
Registration Fee	Jul 16 - Aug 31	$375.00
At-Door Registration	Sep 1 - Oct 18	$425.00

The registration fee includes attendance at the symposium, the opening reception, and refreshments during the sessions. Fees must be paid in US funds; see the registration page.

No registrations will be accepted after August 31 unless space at the symposium is available; please contact us at iau258@stsci.edu and include “IAU 258” in the subject line. Anyone registering after August 31 will be charged $425.

How to Register

Use the registration page ("Register" at left) to register for the symposium. Once you enter information the first time, you can return to the registration system by going to the "View Registration" link. You can use the registration system as needed to complete these steps:

• Register for the meeting and pay the registration fee
• Sign up for the conference banquet and pay the additional change for that event.
• Print a receipt for your payment
• Submit an abstract.
• Request to present an oral contribution.

Payments received by July 15, 2008 are eligible for the early registration fee of $300.

Payments may also be made at the door of the event from October 13 through October 18, 2008. The at-door registration fee will be $425 payable by check, cash, Visa, or MasterCard only.
