Hotel Information

To accommodate those attending the Workshop September 27-29, 2004, we have reserved blocks of rooms in several hotels that are in close proximity to the Institute. In order to make your reservations from the selections below please call the hotel of your choice directly. Be sure to have your credit card number for guarantee. Hotel expenses are the responsibility of the participant and cannot be reimbursed by STScI (with the exception of the invited speakers).

All reservations should be made as soon as possible as there will be a limited number of rooms being held in each hotel. Hotel deadline is August 20, 2004 and all remaining rooms will be released and you will be responsible for obtaining your own accommodations.

STScI will cover hotel (room & tax only) expenses for invited speakers at the Inn at the Colonnade. If you are an invited speaker, please fill in your check in and check out dates and proceed with the online booking.
