Poster Information and Requirements
Poster Sessions at the Spring Symposium
Registered participants presenting a poster will be issued a poster number upon arrival. Please be sure to place your poster in the corresponding space (push pins will be available in the poster session area). Posters will be on display from April 23rd (Monday) through April 26 (Thursday) in the cafeteria conference room (far right corner of the cafeteria). Anyone who wishes to keep their original poster must remove it by 2pm on April 26th, 2007. Posters not removed by this time will be discarded.
Participants submitting a poster after April 13, 2007 will not appear in the event program, but will have their poster appear on the information board located in the STScI lobby during the event.
Poster Dimensions
Posters should conform to the following dimensions (space is limited):
Height: 32" (81 cm)
Width: 46" (117 cm)
Electronic Submission
Posters may be submitted electronically for display on the symposium website. Do not forget to bring a hard copy of your poster to display.
Proceedings
Posters to be included in the symposium proceedings should be submitted by June 29, 2007. Proceeding submissions should be 4-5 pages in length with no color images/text and no page numbers. Posters displayed on single, large-format sheets will need to be reformatted for inclusion in the proceedings.
