- Activate the room system (video conference button)
- Enter IP##Meeting ID (information from email)
S322
- Enter IP##Meeting ID using the remote control (information from email)
Using WebEx
Boardroom, N310 and S321
- Activate the room system (audio conference button)
- Choose telephone not computer, and enter telephone number from email
S322
- Enter telephone number from email using the Polycom "Spider" audio conference device
- Choose telephone not computer in the WebEx screen, and enter telephone number from email
