Blue Jeans is a "bridge" which allows the Polycom video conference device in the Boardroom, S322, S321, and N310 to talk to (and view video) with Skype, Google Video, and Microsoft Lync.
In the Polycom "call window", type in the IP##Meeting ID (information given in the email announcing the meeting.
When participating from a room that does NOT have a Polycom
- launch Skype
- from email, click on Skype link
**Special note: Blue Jeans has a Beta-link which allows a browser view of your video effectively eliminating the need for Skype - never use wireless; quality will be much better with a wired network connection to your computer
- in a room without a built-in audio system, wear headset with microphone for best quality
