Tips for Viewing a Show

  • If you have clicked on the HiBandwidth stream and you are getting poor video quality, you might try the LoBandwidth stream. It is a smaller window, but you can stretch the window to a larger size, at least until the video image degrades.

  • On your RealPlayer, check the connection speed. On a PC, in the player window, Tools, Preferences, Connection; make sure it is as high as your network allows. On a Mac, Top-menu-bar, RealPlayer, Preferences, Connection; again, highest connection speed and maximum bandwidth.

  • Still having poor video, try stopping and starting the player.

  • If you machine is running poorly or slow, cleaning up the machine (defraging the disc, cleaning up temp files and rebooting often helps.
