If the image quality starts to suffer, I suggest reloading by clicking on the "Watch Now" button again, to reconnect with the server.
Search the Webcast Archive with our Search Form!
If you are on a UNIX box, realplayer is loaded automatically by your system administrator. If, when you click on the "Watch Now" button, the realplayer window does not come up, chances are your browser applications is not up-to-date, to include real-audio and real-video. A short cut (until you fix your browser) is the following:
On the Unix command line, type "realplay". A realplayer window should come up. Under file/open, you'll need to type in the URL of the webcast. To get this URL, mouseover the "Watch Now" button, and the URL will show up on the bottom of your browser.
Download a Streaming Media Player
RealPlayer or Windows Media Player is required to watch this event. If you do not have one of these applications installed on your computer, you can use this section to download it.
Use the following links to download and/or test your computer to see if you have the software installed properly.
Please note: You'll most likely want the free software from RealPlayer. It is a bit tricky to find on their page, but it is there. Look toward the middle of the page. On my browser, it is a grey horizontal bar, and a link highlighted, saying: RealPlayer & Basic - is our free player
