HUBBLE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 

SUMMARY OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES

1. Provide a brief description of the primary objectives and scope of the Fellows 
research.  Include a brief description of the results obtained.  Briefly describe research 
plans for the upcoming year (unless this is a Final Report).

2. List the Fellows publications during the past year, including title and journal 
reference, or anticipated date of submission.

3. List conferences and scientific meetings attended, talks given by the Fellow, 
observing trips taken, and any other relevant scientific activities.

4. Suggestions and additional comments.


Faculty Contact to send a brief (hardcopy) signed letter assessing your research 
performance during the past year.  This letter should be mailed to: Dr. Ronald Allen, 
Hubble Fellowship Program, ST ScI, 3700 San Martin Drive, Baltimore, MD 21218.

DEADLINES for receipt of this report and of the Faculty contact letter are as follows:

For Annual Reports: May 31 each year for the first two years of the fellowship.
For Final Reports: 90 days after the end of the Fellowship appointment.
