Uses Python numerical library NumPy instead of Numarray. Now uses Revision S OPD files with narrower secondary mirror supports. Orientation of images has been changed so that V3 is up.

Added science instruments NIRSpec and MIRI, still using Revision R OPD files. Provided normalized display and matching color bar in PSF image. Modified range of spectrum display and titling of bandwidth display.
