Astronomer's Proposal Tools
APT is a java-based tool used by astronomers to craft HST Phase 1 and Phase 2 observation programs. It provides graphical input of observing parameters and feedback about observations similar to that provided by RPS2, including timing, scheduling, and target visualization. .

DADS Distribution Redesign
The Distribution redesign is a project to modernize the DADS software architecture specific to data distribution. In addition to removing the distribution dependency on VMS, this project will decrease the time it takes users to retrieve data through a more robust system, caching data, allowing operators to set priorities on requests, and allowing users to select specific files from datasets.

On-The-Fly Calibration
The On-The-Fly-Reprocessing (OTFR) system provides archive users with the latest data processing features including updated calibration algorithms and keyword updates, as well as the latest, most optimal, calibration reference files. The OTFR system, built on the OPUS architecture, recreates calibrated FITS format data from the raw science telemetry for each archive request.
Two-Gyro Science
