Interstellar Dust Research Group
This research group concentrates on studies related to interstellar
dust in our galaxy and nearby galaxies (and sometimes even further
away!). This group is lead by Karl
Gordon and is based at STScI.
Current group research concentrates on observations of nearby galaxies
(SMC, LMC, M31, M33, and other local universe galaxies) mainly
Spitzer IR observations)
and dust radiative transfer (using the
(DIRTY code).
