Highlights:

Designed and implemented innovative "mail panel" review system to promote efficiency and system which could be inspected and judged fair to participants. Renamed SAA Program.

1992: Successfully defended Astronomy's selection for NSF's annual Waterman Prize to a young scientist -- Astronomy's first win.

Received Outstanding Service Citation from NSF Director for job performance.
