NCS FOM-Vignetting Test

The purpose of this test was to check on the vignetted regions in each camera. Several different FOM position were looked at
in NIC 3 and a ratio of the GROUND flats with the current flats was made to assess any changes. See the NICMOS Instrument Handbook for more details.
