Input "Flux0" in relation:
Flux = Flux0 ( Frequency / Frequency0 )-(Spectral Index).The flux is specified at arbitrary frequency "Frequency0".
The input number can be given in scientific notation, i.e 0.013 could be specified as 1.3e-2.
