Input "Frequency0" in relation:
Flux = Flux0 ( Frequency / Frequency0 ) -(Spectral Index).
Values below 107 are taken to be wavelengths in Angstroms, and are converted to frequency before calculation.
Values above 107 are taken to be frequency in Hz.
The input number can be given in scientific notation, i.e 5500 could be specified as 5.5e3.
