The Space Telescope Science Institute manages program selection
for the Hubble Space Telescope. We provide a full suite of support
including proposal solicitation, electronic proposal submission,
peer review organization, as well as collection and analysis of
statistics of observatory interest. The process is adaptable to
a variety of missions and scientific environments.
