Meridian Speeches

The Meridian Speeches. Summary by Peter McCullough, organizer.

Meridian Speakers are selected primarily on their demonstrated ability to engage an audience. The content is scientific but not delivered with the technical detail of a scientific colloquium. They occur approximately at noon, each month on an irregular schedule dictated in part by the speakers' schedules. Typically, they are delivered in the Muller auditorium or the JHU Schafler auditorium.

All STScI staff, JHU staff, students, and faculty are all invited to attend. The speeches are open to the public but typically will not be advertised to the public at large, in consideration for seating the STScI/Hopkins staffs.

All talks are archived by CPT at the following Website, where you may find additional supporting materials for the following talks.
