The JSTAC met at STScI on May 8-9th, 2013. The meeting included updates to the committee from NASA HQ, GSFC, and STScI, on the program status and budget, project science, status of the Science Operations Center, and plans for JWST's Early Release Science Program, and progress on data analysis tools. There was also a discussion of JWST grant funding needs, proprietary time, and lessons learned from previous large missions.
