The 4th meeting of the JSTUC was held via teleconference on January 30, 2019. The committee was updated on:

  • The status of the project
  • The science planning and schedule for Cycle 1 Call for Proposals
  • The  status of the Science and Operations Center (SOC)
  • Launch delay activities
  • How NASA's Great Observatories handled large programs
