The 244^th American Astronomical Society (AAS) meeting will include a variety of events focused on science with JWST as we get ready to wrap up Cycle 2,  prepare for Cycle 3 observations, and Cycle 4 call for proposals.

Abstract: Well into its second year of Science Operations JWST keeps fulfilling its promise of revolutionizing all fields of astronomy. In this Exhibitor Theater contribution, we will review some JWST scientific highlights, from Solar System to the most distant galaxies, while emphasizing recent data processing updates that have had a positive impact on the data.

JWST at the STScI Town Hall

JWST personnel will contribute to the STScI Town Hall. The Town Hall will report on the status of existing and upcoming missions at STScI and describe new opportunities designed to advance astrophysics through the 2020s. We will specifically address JWST updates on science operations and the pipeline, and present the Cycle 4 timeline. There will be ample time for questions from the community.

You can also book a one-on-one “Ask-The-Experts” session and fill out a brief JWST survey. In addition, copies of the latest JWST Pocket Guide will be available.
