Title: Where And How Stars Form

Stars are the candles that give light to our universe. They form in the darkest places, but once they are born, they take control over the fate of the material around them. The images of Hubble, and now James Webb, give us detailed views of impressive star-forming regions. With these images and physical models, we understand what is going on. We will take a look at these images and see what it means to the complexity of where and how stars form.
