HST Office Hours

The astronomical community is invited to join HST Office Hours to ask questions and directly interact with a Hubble Space Telescope expert via Webex. We welcome questions about the Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3) calibration pipeline, instrument performance, proposal planning, executed observations, and any other questions about your data sets. The office hours may expand in the future to include other instruments based on community requests and resource availability, and we welcome all comments and feedback to help us improve how we support the HST User Community.

Office hours will be held on the first Thursday of most months at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If you are unable to attend the office hours, then we encourage users to submit a ticket to the relevant corridor through the HST Help Desk.
